I know I'm a little behind, but better late than never. I don't have any trick-or-treating pics, Steph took them and as you can see she is slacking on her blog too. Parker refused to wear his costume, Kayla was a lady bug, Olivia was Snow White and Alex was a dragon. They all looked so cute and had a great night treating and playing games at church. They said there was between 500-600 kids there.

Hearts prayer
How great is our God? There are many times that we all are put in positions that we question him and ask why.... how can I handle this... show me how...lighten my heart oh God...why are you doing this to me...I've had enough lately. I question these things this week yet my heart is settled and know that God is in control because I am allowing him to show me the way. He has opened my heart and opened my eyes to know that he is in control. Heal my heart oh God, make it ever true. You are great and almighty.
As Thanksgiving is coming closer I think of all the things that God has provided for us this last year and am very greatful for everyday that he gives us.

Park time...enjoying the weather
A couple weeks ago when Steph and the kids came down we decided to all go to the park for a while and get the kids worn out before Steph had to drive home. They all had a good time. I think it wore nana and papa out too. No that's not a booger on his face that is the scab where he crashed, didn't want anyone to think he was talkin' around with snot on his face!!!
Pumpkin Patch
We went to the pumpkin patch with nana & papa last weekend while Brian was a work. It was fun. Had a good time watching Parker with all the animals and Kayla helping with the pig races. Parker wanted to go too, but mommy didn't want to do it so needless to say Nana took him for a walk to preoccupy him. It was a perfect day for it.

CRASH
Having your child get hurt is the hardest thing to accept...I know it's only begun because there will be many more crashes but OUCH!!!
Last night when we got home grandma & grandpa were out in the garage tagging things for the garage sale and Kayla found Kim's exercise mechinism (a bar on each side of a ball that helps you do push ups)that she is selling and was trying to do it well Parker thought he needed to try it too..needless to say I had my back turned to them.

He was up from 12:30am to 3:30am last night crying and uncomfortable. Nothing helped so we let the tylenol help. Fortunatley he didn't chip his teeth. This morning he nose is a little black and blue and his lip is all scrapped up and a fat lip. I felt horrible, but I am reminded that he is learning and trying everything he sees and it won't be the last time.....

Kayla's birthday
I know I'm a little behind. Here are some pics of Kayla's birthday party. She commented so many times that she had the best birthday this year. This is also the first year that she has had school on her day! She was telling us about her day, Parker and I brought cupcakes to her class, at the end of the day she thinks that she is popular.... already it has started.

The past couple of years we go together and order her cake. She loves having the freedom of making "important" decisions.

Absolutely loves the glitter jeans that Aunt Angie picked out!!!

Baby doll from Nana & Papa to replace the one that got damaged during the move. She bought some clothes and diaper bag things for her with her money from Grandpa & Grandma Johnson.

New CD alarm clock for her room...

The group: cousins~Tori, Brice and Dillion. Friends Emma, Ali and Madison and of course Parker. Olivia and Alex had to leave Saturday night so we had a little party for her with them on Saturday.
