Wonderful gifts

Uncle Matt and Carly were out of town for her birthday the weekend of Parker's party so he came over the other night to give him his gift. What else can I say but "that's what uncles are for" it's a very noise toy.

I do it myself

Parker is mastering the "I do it myself, stay there". He is undressing himself and going on the potty on his terms but on his own. He climbs up on the potty and sits backwards all by himself without falling in and slides down too. One of these days it will be a mess I'm sure. I will try and catch him doing it I was surprised when he did it. Aunt Kimmy and Uncle Christopher got him some big boy pants for his birthday. We tried them last night for about an hour then had an accident. He is doing very well with dry diapers, but this mamma isn't holding her breath for the total thing since he just turned 2.

Parker's party

It was a great day for all. Thank you for all that could come and missed those who couldn't make it. Parker loves all his presents and it's fun to celebrate another year with him.

Parker's 2nd birthday

I can't believe that Parker is going to be 2 tomorrow. I know everyone says it goes by fast, but I never thought it would be this fast.

Life update

Things have been up and down the last couple of months for us. God has given me great support and I have been relearning that I need to trust in him in all my ways. We are working on a house that we will be renting until we can buy it, which is hopefully sooner than later. It needs alot of work, they have been replacing the roof and a couple of room ceilings. Next is painting everything and new flooring throughout. I'm excited to have our our place again, but will miss seeing mom and dad every day. They will only be a couple miles away, but it's just the thought. I don't know who is going to have a harder time papa or Parker... they are buddies. Of course nana too, how will she get ready every morning without Parker helping her with her makeup or jumping on her in bed. I cherish everyday that my kids get to have with my parents because they are such a great influence to them and me. I don't know where we would be without all the support and help from them. But anyway I will try and post some finish product of the house soon. We are looking at maybe being able to move in in about a month. Chat soon

Our Christmas

I know I'm a little behind, but things have been crazy with our family lately. But here are a couple of pic from our christmas with the kids on xmas morning.

Santa Clause

I didn't know if Parker would even go up to Santa at the mall, but he did, he talked to him and gave him a hug too.
